Chrome device logs are records of events and activities that happen on a ChromeOS device. These logs can be helpful for troubleshooting problems, understanding device usage patterns, and investigating issues.

You can find these logs using the chrome://support-tool, available from Chrome 120 and later.

If you are connecting to the kiosk device via Remote Desktop:

  1. Click on the arrow widget to the middle right of the screen and click on Open new Chrome Window.

If you are using a keyboard directly connected to the kiosk device:

  1. Use the following keyboard shortcut keys to open a new window: Ctrl + N.
  2. In the browser, go to chrome://support-tool/.
  3. Provide the optional details and click on Continue.
  4. Select the diagnostics data you want to export, e.g: ChromeOS system logs.
  5. Click on Export.
