Review the network logs for your kiosk app.

In specific scenarios (inadequate memory, latency problems, discarded packets, etc.), you may encounter Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) issues within the kiosk application.

Inspecting network logs can help debug network-related challenges and analyze system performance.

If you are connected to the kiosk device using Remote Desktop:

  1. Click on the arrow widget in the middle right of the screen and click on Open new Chrome Window.

If you are using a keyboard directly connected to the kiosk device:

  1. Use the following keyboard shortcut keys in order to open a new window: ctrl + n.
  2. In the browser go to chrome://net-export/.
  3. (Optional) Set the log level.
  4. Click Start Logging to Disk to save the logs.
