Use Remote Desktop to access the troubleshooting tool from the admin panel.

Remote Desktop is not required to utilize the Troubleshooting Tools. Developers have the option to utilize the troubleshooting tools locally as well, once the KioskTroubleShootingToolsEnabled
policy is enabled.
However, without Remote Desktop, access to the physical device is needed.
To use Remote Desktop:
1. Login to Google Admin Dashboard.
2. Go to the devices list.
3. Click on the device where you have deployed the kiosk app.
4. Click on Remote Desktop to connect to the device running kiosk app.
