Check policies in kiosk mode.

In certain troubleshooting scenarios, it is necessary to confirm if specific policies are being applied in kiosk mode before proceeding with further debugging.

If you are connected to the kiosk app via Remote Desktop:

  1. Click on the arrow widget in the middle right of the screen and click on Open new Chrome window.

If you are using a keyboard connected directly to the kiosk device:

  1. Use the following keyboard shortcut keys in order to open a new window: ctrl + n.

Once you have opened a new Chrome window:

  1. In the browser go to chrome://policy and all the policies for the kiosk should be shown there.
